Dr. Chris Dohnal developed a passion for health care at a young age, inspired in part by a collegiate cross-country injury that traditional medical treatment could not resolve. After a chiropractor successfully diagnosed and corrected his injury, he was motivated to pursue a career helping others return to the activities they love through chiropractic care. A student-athlete at Mount Union University, he earned his degree in Biology before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan College of Chiropractic in 2005, graduating with honors. Dr. Dohnal remains committed to ongoing professional development through annual training and active membership in the Tennessee Chiropractic Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Dohnal enjoys spending quality time with his family. He and his wife, Linda, are the proud parents of three sons and two very pampered dogs. Whether they’re attending community events, cheering one another on at soccer games and tennis matches, or making memories with family and friends, the Dohnals stay active and involved.
Dr. Dohnal practices what he preaches by receiving weekly adjustments, prioritizing his own spinal health and overall wellness. This consistent care allows him to maintain his active lifestyle and continue working toward his personal performance goals, which include running, biking, swimming, weight training, and competing in triathlons.
